Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of automated system-level and integration-level test suites for Planting products.
- Develop automation frameworks, reusable libraries, and test infrastructure for multiple teams and products.
- Integrate automated testing into enterprise development pipelines, automated regression testing, and release-readiness activities.
- Drive shift-left verification through simulation, virtual environments, CI/CD integration, and automated build and test systems.
- Collaborate with software developers, verification engineers, architects, platform teams, simulation teams, and product organizations.
- Analyze test results, identify quality trends, and improve defect detection effectiveness.
- Define automation roadmaps, prioritize investments, identify verification gaps, and influence technical direction.
- Champion automation as a product while balancing immediate delivery needs with long-term capability development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working as part of an embedded software development or related team.
- Experience developing automated test solutions for complex software or embedded systems.
- Strong software development skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated build and test systems, and modern software engineering practices.
- Experience diagnosing software, integration, or system-level issues across multiple domains.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives, influence teams without direct authority, identify problems independently, drive alignment, and deliver solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple organizations and technical disciplines.
- Experience translating business and product objectives into scalable verification strategies.
- A required bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent related work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, agricultural or autonomous systems experience, simulation, SIL, HIL, virtual verification, digital engineering, test architecture, test framework development, AI-assisted development, or experience driving common solutions across platform and application teams.
