Responsibilities
- Maintain operational readiness of the Group’s CI/CD toolchain, primarily implemented with GitLab CI.
- Innovate and integrate features into the CI/CD chain to improve fluidity, reliability, security, and automation.
- Contribute to the architecture of the Group’s DevOps tools and promote DevOps practices across the organization.
- Maintain and improve developer tooling in Bash, Python, or Golang to increase productivity.
- Improve platform security through automated secrets management and compliance audits.
- Help resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues and contribute to automation and auto-remediation.
- Collaborate with application development and infrastructure teams through consulting, expertise, enablement, and support.
- Participate in the roadmap for AI-assisted development through active monitoring of LLM technologies and related commercial and open-source projects.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, maintain a backlog, report in daily meetings, and apply Agile methods.
Requirements
- Bac + 5 engineering degree or equivalent.
- More than five years of experience implementing complex systems orchestrated through CI/CD and building CI/CD pipelines according to market best practices.
- Deep technical expertise in GitLab CI.
- Good command of GCP or AWS, Terraform, and Git, with significant experience in cloud and software development.
- Knowledge of Bash, Python, Kubernetes, Docker, SonarQube, and CI/CD tooling; Golang experience is relevant to the developer-tooling work.
- Good understanding of LLM operation and active monitoring of the LLM ecosystem.
- Knowledge of SonarQube and automated testing is desirable.
- Strong understanding of business and technical objectives in build activities.
- Fluent English is required.
