Responsibilities
- Design and implement customer-specific RAG and agentic AI services for enterprise environments.
- Develop frontend applications using technologies such as React and Vue.js and backend APIs using Python, Node.js, or C#.
- Use cloud, infrastructure, data platforms, and data pipelines to build production-ready AI systems.
- Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, tracing, governance, guardrails, feedback loops, and agent operations.
- Apply context engineering, model optimization, fine-tuning, multimodal capabilities, edge AI, and physical AI integrations as appropriate.
- Automate and optimize development processes using AI-assisted development tools.
- Provide technical explanations, PoC support, and improvement proposals to customers while taking responsibility for assigned implementation and quality.
Requirements
- Experience developing with Python and Git.
- Software engineering experience and web application development experience in any technology.
- Basic understanding of AI solutions such as RAG and AI agents.
- Business-level Japanese language ability.
- Preferred experience with technologies and capabilities listed in the role description, including AI platforms, cloud services, frontend or backend development, data platforms, AI evaluation, and AI operations.
