Responsibilities
- Build and deploy generative AI tools, agents, and intelligent automation workflows using Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
- Integrate AI agents with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, external APIs, knowledge bases, and enterprise identity platforms.
- Identify repetitive processes and design scalable intelligent automation solutions.
- Implement RAG, semantic chunking, memory persistence, multi-agent workflows, prompt engineering, and context-aware systems using Model Context Protocol.
- Apply encryption, authentication, authorization, threat modeling, data protection, and governance standards to AI solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on AI literacy, documentation, training, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct solution build reviews, establish standards and guidelines, mentor engineers, and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years specializing in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning pipelines, and automation tools.
- Hands-on experience or coursework with Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with RAG, semantic chunking, memory persistence, multi-agent workflows, MCP, prompt engineering, memory management, and context-window optimization.
- Knowledge of common development languages and technologies including .NET, C#, Python, Java, SQL, PowerShell, and Unix shell scripting.
- Preferred familiarity with generative AI, agent-based systems, cloud platforms, API integrations, data quality validation, agent orchestration, and A2A multi-agent systems.
- Interest in AI governance, security, and ethical frameworks, with the ability to deliver practical improvements while maintaining enterprise standards.
