Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems for adaptive learning experiences.
- Architect LLM-powered features using RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation pipelines, and multi-agent workflows.
- Define agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and state-management patterns for production systems.
- Move models from experimentation to production across feature engineering, training pipelines, online inference, monitoring, reliability, and quality.
- Improve ML infrastructure and experiment orchestration tooling using platforms such as MLFlow, Airflow, SageMaker, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, Designers, and engineers to embed intelligence into products and measure learning outcomes.
- Lead research spikes covering graph-based knowledge representations, advanced RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic evaluation frameworks.
Requirements
- Strong foundations in machine learning, applied AI, and software engineering, including clean and maintainable Python code and ML pipeline design.
- Proven production experience building and deploying agentic AI systems with LangChain and/or LangGraph, including orchestration, tool use, and multi-step reasoning.
- Practical knowledge of LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and HuggingFace, plus prompt engineering, vector stores, RAG architectures, and rigorous evaluation.
- Proficiency building data and training pipelines with SQL, Airflow, or AWS services including S3, SageMaker, and Lambda.
- Production experience with ML or AI systems, especially NLP, personalization, or recommendation systems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, ownership, and curiosity about user experience and pedagogical impact.
- Experience with graph-based data structures or graph databases such as Neo4j or NetworkX is preferred.
- A/B testing and impact evaluation experience is preferred.
- Experience in EdTech, adaptive learning, or consumer personalization is preferred.
