Responsibilities
- Work closely with companies to bring LLM applications to production.
- Collaborate on various LLM applications including concierge search and code generation.
- Provide technical demos of LangChain's product suite.
- Lead trainings and workshops for developer audiences.
- Collaborate with the enterprise sales team to secure deals.
- Translate customer insights into product improvements.
- Lead special projects to test new products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in a technical role such as software engineering or customer engineering.
- Experience as a deployed engineer or solution architect at developer-focused companies.
- Strong engineering background with a focus on customer partnership.
- Action-oriented with a service mindset.
- Ability to present best practices to larger teams.
- Familiarity with LangChain or LLMs is a bonus.
- Startup experience is preferred.
