Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Maintain systems health and availability and resolve technical issues.
- Automate 95% of operational tasks.
- Manage logs and monitoring for cloud infrastructure environments.
- Manage databases and workloads.
- Design and maintain logging architecture.
- Implement monitoring and alerting with Prometheus or similar tools.
- Maintain systems, infrastructure, containers, and configuration-management processes.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
- Good knowledge of shell scripting and networking, including DNS, routing, and subnetting.
- At least 4 years of experience with Amazon Web Services.
- At least 2 years of Kubernetes experience in production environments.
- Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or similar tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Argo.
- Experience with system administration and infrastructure maintenance.
- Experience with automation or configuration-management tools such as Ansible or SaltStack.
- Experience with containers.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Python or Golang skills are preferred.
