Responsibilities
- Strengthen privileged access controls and protect privileged identities and elevated access pathways.
- Lead remediation of control gaps, audit findings, and security improvement priorities.
- Drive automation and self-service solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
- Engineer and govern PAM capabilities aligned with least privilege, Zero Trust, and business needs.
- Lead engineers, service providers, and delivery partners to deliver secure and reliable service outcomes.
- Build team capability and partner accountability for sustainable PAM service outcomes.
- Communicate security risks and improvements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Around seven years of experience across Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or Cyber Security engineering.
- Strong knowledge of PAM, identity governance, Zero Trust, and modern access controls.
- Experience leading engineers, service providers, or delivery partners.
- Experience with control uplift, remediation, automation, and continuous improvement of security services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
