Base Salary
$190k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop production agentic integrations in Python using AI models, APIs, data sources, and MCP tools.
- Build agentic tools and workflows with PydanticAI, LangGraph, and DeepAgents.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cyber analysts to understand operational workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot a production-grade agentic platform.
- Develop resilient, scalable stream-processing applications using messaging and event-streaming platforms.
- Use AI coding assistants for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and automation.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on AI and NLP, plus strong Python proficiency.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining production applications serving hundreds to thousands of users.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, context management, structured outputs, and tool or function calling.
- Experience with software source control using Git and the Atlassian tool suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent orchestration, cybersecurity or security operations workflows, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, retrieval systems, vector databases, semantic search, and cybersecurity datasets is desired.
- Experience with cloud computing, Docker, production CNO capabilities, SIGINT systems, and artificial intelligence domains such as intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, or LLMs is desired.
