Responsibilities
- Deliver technically complex software solutions and provide system integration support.
- Partner with business product owners to understand goals and recommend solutions during design.
- Develop customized code, software integrations, configurations, and technical analyses.
- Lead or participate in development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support for complex applications.
- Build monitoring capabilities, maintain security controls, and provide escalated, warranty, and knowledge-transfer support.
- Lead moderately complex projects, participate in larger initiatives, solve complex problems, and mentor less experienced teammates.
- Develop and maintain automated unit tests while supporting integration, functional, release, and production-support activities.
- Refine user stories, implement acceptance criteria, and automate manual or reusable tasks in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Six years of progressive experience in software engineering or IT consulting positions.
- Experience with information systems, business processes, IT best practices, requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, deployment, project planning, and complex problem-solving.
- Experience providing direction and mentoring to less experienced teammates.
- Experience with C#, .NET Core, .NET 6+, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, ORM Framework, VB.NET, JavaScript, Angular, and SSIS.
- At least one year of experience with jQuery, Crystal Reports, CI/CD Pipelines, and IIS.
