Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and support Salesforce Order Management solutions for complex order-to-cash processes.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including capture, validation, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Configure Order Objects, Orchestration Plans, Fulfillment Orders, and Salesforce Flows.
- Implement order routing and orchestration rules for multiple fulfillment scenarios.
- Integrate Salesforce OMS with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ERP systems, payment gateways, and shipping and logistics systems.
- Implement and support REST API integrations for reliable cross-system data flow.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, commerce teams, and integration partners to translate requirements into scalable OMS solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of OMS capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of Salesforce platform experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, including inventory management, fulfillment, payments, billing, and refunds.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce OMS solutions and integrations using REST APIs.
- Basic Apex development experience is preferred.
- Exposure to complex, high-volume OMS environments is preferred.
