Base Salary
$225k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications for CLEAR's identity platform.
- Own projects end-to-end from technical discovery to operational support.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Security, and Operations teams to create scalable solutions.
- Drive engineering excellence by improving system reliability and developer experience.
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor teammates through code reviews and sharing best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with cloud-native applications using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- History of owning complex projects from idea to production.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive work independently.
