Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advise customers and internal teams on architecture decisions, tradeoffs, risks, and implementation options.
- Recommend cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps patterns aligned with government security and operational requirements.
- Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints and develop mitigation strategies.
- Build and update hybrid deterministic-agentic AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Fine-tune large language models for instruction following, code synthesis, and domain-specific adaptation.
- Integrate code-as-data paradigms, including ASTs and control/data flow graphs, to improve model explainability and trust.
- Create scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures and select appropriate frameworks, algorithms, and cloud platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building AI, ML, or data science applications.
- 2+ years of experience in AI system design.
- Strong understanding of model context protocol for connecting models with APIs, external data sources, and legacy code bases.
- Strong proficiency in Java for machine learning algorithms, data processing pipelines, or production AI integrations.
- Excellent proficiency in Python, API development, and secure system design.
- Active Secret security clearance.
