Base Salary
$251k - $310k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy for multimodal pre-training dataset curation.
- Design and implement fine-tuning and reinforcement learning pipelines.
- Architect scalable inference and evaluation pipelines for model autolabeling.
- Conduct ablation studies to optimize model architectures and training practices.
- Drive cross-functional AI strategy and consensus on data flywheel architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior engineers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in designing and scaling deep learning models.
- 3+ years focused on training Large Language Models or Vision-Language Models.
- Expertise in the full lifecycle of Foundation Models, including pre-training and post-training techniques.
- Strong software engineering skills in Python, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Ability to operate with high ambiguity and drive complex technical initiatives.
