Responsibilities
- Support development of proof-of-concept AI-driven decisioning solutions.
- Conduct testing and document findings.
- Present recommendations to improve solution reliability, scalability, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on personalized customer experiences and Next Best Action recommendations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Must have at least one course remaining in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program after the internship.
- Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, and large language models.
- Familiarity with Python and/or Java, data analysis, cloud computing, and software development concepts.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, AI model optimization, data modeling, or AI-driven decisioning through coursework, academic projects, or personal projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with willingness to learn emerging technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, AWS, Azure, or GCP, or relevant AI/ML certifications.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
