Base Salary
$250k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own foundational model research and identify failure modes.
- Design systems for compounding learning loops using real-world signals.
- Improve Chart Chat quality through better grounding and reasoning.
- Optimize latency, accuracy, and cost using various techniques.
- Contribute to population-level clinical reasoning across patient data.
- Stay updated with recent research in RL, deep learning, and clinical NLP.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ML engineering or applied research experience.
- Deep expertise in reinforcement learning and deep learning.
- Experience with preference learning, RLHF, and multi-label classification.
- Strong Python fundamentals and experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Ability to drive model quality improvements from research to production.
- Passion for healthcare or mission-driven industries.
