Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical leads, liquidity managers, and product managers on strategy discussions, technical solution design, implementation, and production rollout
- Own the strategy production environment, including feature development and infrastructure upgrades to improve system performance and user experience
- Continuously improve strategies for stability, scalability, robustness, and automated recovery in 24x7 crypto trading environments
- Run projects while maintaining a deep understanding of technical infrastructure and the broader product and business across offshore and onshore markets
- Manage application inventory and risk and develop strategies using the in-house strategy toolkit
Requirements
- Solid STEM education background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex problems independently
- Passion for the crypto industry and willingness to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in Java
- Experience with FX trading systems or execution algorithm trading systems is strongly preferred
