Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to understand processes, gather requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
- Build and deploy automations on the Kognitos platform, translating business needs into working solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the platform.
- Prototype quickly, test with real data, and iterate based on customer needs.
Requirements
- Completed or currently completing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Must not be currently enrolled in or planning to return to another degree program.
- Solid programming fundamentals and comfort with Python or the ability to learn it quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction.
- Ability to work on-site in Mountain View, California.
- Authorization to work in the United States long-term.
