Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Translate business requirements and complex Trade Finance processes into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate actively in team discussions.
- Document software designs, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Debug, test, optimize, and improve application performance and user experience.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Work independently and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Trade Finance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Trade Finance.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to custom software development.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with database design and management.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and software performance optimization.
