Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom applications and software components.
- Gather and analyze application requirements with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms and troubleshoot application issues.
- Participate in testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, performant applications.
- Document application specifications and user guides.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and contribute to team discussions and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management or Human Resource Service Delivery.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery or Service Management.
- Understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
