Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to build innovative and performant web development toolkits.
- Design, implement, maintain, and improve the architecture of Rspack, Rsbuild, and Rstest.
- Analyze and optimize compilation performance and improve JavaScript bundle quality and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Design and implement end-to-end tooling for JavaScript development workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Technical knowledge of web application development with React, Vue, or Svelte.
- Experience with Rust toolkit development such as SWC, lightning CSS, or Rspack is preferred.
- An advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Strong team communication and collaboration skills.
