Responsibilities

  • Identify structural weaknesses and reliability risks in information systems.
  • Recommend action plans to reduce operational risks and improve service resilience.
  • Assess observability data and map the technical chains supporting business processes.
  • Define and analyze SLI/SLO indicators and identify gaps.
  • Contribute to SRE practices including TOIL, Error Budgets, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Participate in complex cross-functional technical impact studies and changes.
  • Coordinate between technical and business teams and present clear analyses and summaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of experience in an SRE or equivalent role.
  • Expertise in SRE practices, service reliability, resilience analysis, SLI, SLO, Error Budget, TOIL, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Proficiency with Dynatrace, Grafana, and ELK/Elastic Stack for metrics, logs, and traces.
  • Understanding of information-system architectures, technical-chain mapping, impact analysis, and technical risk identification.
  • Certification or experience with ITIL processes.
  • Ability to explain technical topics clearly and communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
  • SAFe training is desired or expected.
