Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture across platforms and integrated enterprise systems.
Design scalable, secure, high-performing solutions aligned with business and technology objectives.
Shape technology roadmaps and influence architecture decisions across business and engineering teams.
Lead integration design across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
Champion architecture governance, standards, and delivery best practices.
Support DevOps, CI/CD, and software delivery excellence.
Mentor technical teams through solution design and implementation.
Create architecture documentation and support complex production issues when required.

Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions in complex or enterprise environments.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling, automation, and performance.
Experience with integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture, and SSO.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
Experience with architecture governance and design review frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps/CI/CD practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Relevant Salesforce certifications or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Salesforce AI solutions, including Agentforce, Einstein 1 Platform, and Data Cloud, is preferred.
Experience leading Salesforce org consolidations and large-scale data migrations is preferred.
Experience in payments, fintech, or regulated industries is preferred.
Experience contributing to technology roadmaps and target-state architecture is preferred.
Exposure to Salesforce multi-cloud environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, is preferred.
