Base Salary

$100k - $125k/yr

Responsibilities

Complete three weeks of onboarding and technical training.
Complete two six-week software development projects with different InterSystems product teams.
Contribute to real codebases in front-end, back-end, and/or full-stack development.
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams across product areas.
Apply software engineering fundamentals, problem-solving, and programming skills to assigned projects.
Participate in mentorship and career development activities.
Transition to a long-term software development role after successful completion of the program, subject to performance, fit, interest, and business needs.

Graduate in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related STEM field.
Have experience with at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or C#.
Understand data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Be familiar with AI or agentic tools and their applicability to software development.
Demonstrate problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, and eagerness to learn through personal, academic, or team projects.

Three-week onboarding and training program.
Two six-week team rotations with mentorship and support from experienced engineers.
