Responsibilities
- Rethink and reshape core auto repossession and remarketing workflows.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient systems with clear service boundaries, modularity, and observability.
- Incorporate LLMs and AI-driven components for data validation, document processing, and operational decision-making.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools while maintaining correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Own architecture, technical decisions, system design, deployment, operations, and iteration across the software lifecycle.
- Set quality standards focused on testability, performance, reliability, and technical debt reduction.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Mentor and support engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of results.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in clean code, testing, system design, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with TypeScript and modern React / Next.js.
- Strong experience building production systems with .NET, preferably .NET Core or modern .NET.
- Comfort operating production environments and learning from real-world feedback.
- Experience leveraging AI and Generative AI to improve engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and integrate AI-driven solutions into daily engineering work.
- Ability to solve complex problems, work with legacy systems, make architectural trade-offs, and provide technical leadership.
