Responsibilities
- Design, configure, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions for enterprise IAM requirements.
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and components supporting identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and compliance.
- Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, business applications, and Java-based applications.
- Implement and maintain access-control policies and entitlement management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and development teams to gather requirements and deliver IAM integrations.
- Conduct integration testing to verify IAM solution functionality, performance, and security.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes and stay current with IAM best practices and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience designing, developing, and supporting IGA solutions, including 5+ years focused on IAM solutions and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience developing and configuring SailPoint connectors including Active Directory, Azure AD, JDBC, Exchange, mainframe, web services, Workday, and Fieldglass integrations.
- Experience with role-based access control, automated provisioning and deprovisioning, identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, and entitlement management.
- Expertise in Java and experience developing and integrating Java-based applications.
- Experience with integration testing and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Experience with identity protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and SCIM.
- Valid SailPoint IdentityIQ certification, such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, is required.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, organization, decision-making, customer-service, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
