Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design, development, and delivery lifecycle.
- Establish and enforce development standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide technical solutions to problems affecting the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges while balancing business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable, maintainable solution design.
- Experience leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges in line with business requirements.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
