Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Translate customer pain points and objectives into implementation and onboarding plans.
- Help customers integrate Sentry, instrument applications, and improve error and performance monitoring workflows.
- Develop best practices, educational offerings, how-to content, videos, scripts, code samples, demos, and customer-facing collateral.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject-matter expert on software engineering and monitoring practices.
- Deliver workshop-level customer interactions to increase product maturity and adoption.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and improve the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of combined Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering or implementation experience.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, and native mobile development for iOS and/or Android.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability, technical knowledge, and a can-do approach.
- Comfort interfacing with engineers and engineering leaders and discussing developer tools, open source, and software development life cycle practices.
