Base Salary

$123k - $176k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Own technical execution quality for Salesforce solution areas, including implementation approaches and delivery of technical and configuration components.
  • Lead design and code/configuration reviews covering Apex, integrations, Flows, security models, and data models.
  • Define and reinforce Salesforce standards, patterns, technical documentation, integration contracts, and deployment guidance.
  • Plan and execute Salesforce work with SDLC rigor, change control, testing, release, and operational-readiness practices.
  • Identify platform risks and determine appropriate configuration, custom-code, or integration approaches.
  • Improve Salesforce stability through monitoring, telemetry, defect trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and technical debt remediation.
  • Partner with solution owners, product, delivery, risk, security, support, and external service teams.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Salesforce technical issues and lead resolution paths that minimize business impact.
  • Mentor engineers and administrators and lead complex technical initiatives with significant scope and long-term impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on application development experience across custom and/or enterprise platforms, preferred.
  • Strong Salesforce technical experience covering configuration, integration, and SDLC delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and resolve production issues effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and enterprise CRM integrations, preferred.
  • Experience with build/run operational practices, security controls, and regulated environments, preferred.
  • Experience producing reusable Salesforce patterns, standards, and technical roadmaps, preferred.
