Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack projects autonomously, balancing technical requirements with business goals.
- Drive cross-team initiatives and collaborate effectively with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Set high standards for quality and operational excellence, identifying and resolving technical risks.
- Mentor teammates and provide actionable feedback for their growth.
- Participate in on-call rotations to debug customer issues.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails applications and React.
- Experience in developing and deploying large-scale web applications with a user-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments with continuous deployment practices.
