Base Salary

$90k - $95k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-level technical analysis to determine feasibility and implementation approach.
  • Provide accurate work estimates for project timelines and delivery commitments.
  • Maintain and migrate existing codebases to newer platforms.
  • Develop, automate, and execute test cases, verifying results before business or client acceptance testing.
  • Provide input into integration, implementation, and deployment strategies.
  • Maintain operating manuals and system documentation.
  • Support, update, and enhance automation tools.
  • Complete special projects and assignments as needed to support the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of programming, testing, and deployment tools, techniques, and applicable languages.
  • Knowledge of application analysis and design methodologies, including database concepts.
  • Practical experience with Perl, Python, Java, Linux, and shell scripting.
  • Experience developing and executing automated tests as part of the delivery cycle.
  • Knowledge of AFP and PDF print formatting, including content and formatting testing.
  • Working knowledge of the software development project life cycle and Agile methodology.
