Responsibilities
- Create new game modes and gameplay logic on both the game client and server, primarily using Python.
- Develop high-performance in-game components optimized for memory usage and execution time.
- Improve and develop the existing technology stack.
- Work with supporting services and applications including payment systems, authorization systems, and analytical data warehouses.
- Cover functionality with tests.
Requirements
- Commercial software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Development experience with Python and/or C++.
- Knowledge of design patterns.
- Experience developing asynchronous or multithreaded applications.
- Knowledge of CPU and memory principles, including RAM, ROM, cache, virtual memory, and swap files.
- Familiarity with databases and message brokers.
- Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals.
- Experience with web application development, distributed systems, or game development is an additional advantage.
