Responsibilities
- Rethink and reshape core auto repossession and remarketing workflows.
- Design and implement scalable, resilient systems with clear service boundaries, modularity, and observability.
- Incorporate LLMs and AI-driven components for data validation, document processing, and operational decision-making.
- Use AI-assisted and agentic coding tools while maintaining correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Drive architectural discussions, technical decisions, quality standards, and technical-debt reduction.
- Own the full software lifecycle from design and development through deployment, operations, and iteration.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in a cross-functional team.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical leadership.
Requirements
- Strong experience with TypeScript and modern React and Next.js.
- Strong experience building production systems with .NET, preferably .NET Core or modern .NET.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in clean code, testing, system design, and performance.
- Comfort operating production systems and learning from real-world feedback.
- Experience with complex problem-solving, legacy systems, and end-to-end ownership.
- Experience using AI and Generative AI to improve engineering productivity, automate repetitive work, and optimize workflows.
- Ability to integrate AI-driven solutions into daily engineering work, including code generation, debugging, reviews, documentation, and decision support.
