Responsibilities
- Develop tools and solutions to discover Windows regressions before they are merged into the OS codebase.
- Use software engineering, AI, and data analytics to improve compatibility testing and engineering decisions.
- Contribute features to the automation framework used to author test content.
- Enhance the test authoring experience by developing AI solutions and leveraging MCP technologies.
- Collaborate with engineers across Dublin, Redmond, Nairobi, and other locations to resolve Windows compatibility issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Proven coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience building AI solutions is highly desired.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity.
- Passion for customers and product quality, with a drive for results.
- Leadership and communication skills.
