Responsibilities

Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve application reliability issues across diverse technology stacks, primarily Node.js and Java.
Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Development teams to improve solution resilience, stability, and availability.
Analyze system performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements to prevent recurring issues.
Lead root-cause analyses, post-mortems, incident reviews, and continuous-improvement efforts.
Document solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations for cross-team knowledge sharing.
Improve conventional infrastructure monitoring and application performance monitoring coverage.
Leverage and continuously improve monitoring tools including Grafana, Elastic APM, and Zabbix.
Communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

At least 3 years of experience troubleshooting and resolving application-level issues across Linux and Windows environments.
Broad technical knowledge and the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and Java-based applications.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Elastic APM, and Zabbix.
Understanding of virtualization and container technologies, particularly Proxmox and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS environments is optional.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, problem-solving, and incident-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders across teams.
Ability to operate effectively in complex environments involving multiple applications, services, and technologies.
