Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and operate modern ServiceNow solutions within a DevOps team.
- Design customized solutions with process owners, product owners, and solution architects to support and automate business processes.
- Analyze requirements and implement high-quality, maintainable, scalable solutions with attention to performance, usability, and long-term maintainability.
- Maintain close alignment with ServiceNow standards, integrate modern technologies including AI, and develop interfaces to adjacent systems and platforms.
- Ensure the security, stability, and quality of applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards, methods, and processes.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience and demonstrable success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist or Developer in relevant ServiceNow products.
- Demonstrable experience delivering ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Extensive experience integrating third-party systems using different integration technologies.
- ITIL Foundation certification; project management certification is advantageous.
- Experience working in agile environments and with agile and hybrid project methods.
- Strong teamwork and goal orientation, plus a structured and independent working style.
