Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
  • Design, build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications.
  • Design and implement AI agents with Copilot Studio, agent flows, connectors, MCP tools, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
  • Develop Dataverse components, custom connectors, API integrations, and Azure-based solutions.
  • Own automation workstreams, including estimation, planning, status reporting, quality, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Define and apply ALM, environment, governance, security, compliance, and supportability standards.
  • Produce BRDs, solution design documents, process flows, user manuals, and other documentation.
  • Lead pre-UAT and UAT testing cycles and support RPA resilience against application and UI changes.
  • Coach and review Analysts and contribute to reusable components, team standards, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • End-to-end automation lifecycle experience covering requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Experience building AI agents and AI-powered flows with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
  • Experience with Dataverse data modeling and security, custom connectors, and REST API integrations.
  • Hands-on RPA experience, preferably with Power Automate Desktop; UiPath or Blue Prism is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of ALM and governance, including solutions, environment strategy, Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps/GitHub, Managed Environments, and DLP policies.
  • Integration experience with SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
  • Ability to perform Business Analyst and Developer duties, including workshops, BRDs, user stories, and effort estimation.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify automation and AI agent opportunities, and build business cases.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
  • Experience with Power Apps code apps using React/TypeScript, PCF components, or Model Context Protocol is beneficial.
  • Exposure to Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Responsible AI, human-in-the-loop practices, data protection, or agent-output evaluation is beneficial.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600, and banking or financial-services experience are beneficial.
