Responsibilities
- Unblock customers facing setup issues and complex architectural challenges.
- Identify patterns and build solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Partner with CSMs to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Build reusable technical assets like guides, templates, and scripts.
- Capture customer challenges and document gaps for product feedback.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of APIs and modern DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver solutions quickly.
- Experience building technical collateral that scales.
- Fluent in Spanish.
