Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to discover customer objectives and design production-ready technical implementation paths.
- Unblock customers across basic setup issues and complex architectural challenges while creating solutions that prevent recurring problems.
- Architect Postman workflows, guide integrations, and develop pragmatic workarounds or custom scripts when needed.
- Create reusable technical guides, templates, scripts, automation tools, and reference implementations.
- Capture customer challenges, propose interim solutions, and document product gaps for roadmap discussions.
- Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical solutions and accelerate customer value at scale.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role and a portfolio of built things.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript, or equivalent experience with other modern scripting languages.
- Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices.
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems and deliver working solutions quickly.
- Experience building scalable technical collateral such as scripts, templates, and automation tools.
- Comfort engaging individual developers and enterprise architects.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Comfort using Postman and familiarity with GitHub, AWS, Azure, and broader developer pipelines.
