Responsibilities
- Build, code, and deploy automated solutions and AI agents for operational bottlenecks.
- Architect, code, and maintain automated workflows and backend integrations using tools such as Torq.
- Design, test, and optimize prompt chains, autonomous AI agents, and custom LLM workflows.
- Analyze support data to identify manual overhead and implement automation solutions.
- Partner with Product, R&D, CRM, and Data teams to bridge technical gaps.
- Establish and track automation KPIs including deflection rates, cost savings, and CSAT.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience building and shipping AI-driven applications or complex automations.
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field.
- Basic to intermediate Python or JavaScript scripting skills.
- Experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Copilot.
- Practical expertise with enterprise orchestration platforms including Torq, Make, or Zapier.
- Experience with CRM ecosystems including Zendesk or Salesforce.
- Deep familiarity with LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
- Strong data literacy; SQL or business intelligence experience is a plus.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
