Responsibilities
- Build and contribute to the Digital Asset Management platform for tokenization and crypto products.
- Develop and deliver full-stack applications and related components using Java/J2EE and AWS Cloud.
- Provide technical expertise, direction, mentoring, and coaching to engineering team members.
- Promote code reviews, branching practices, continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with global Asset Management Technology teams and manage upstream and downstream application dependencies.
- Support product priorities, technical practices, releases, and the multi-year product roadmap.
- Communicate with multifunctional teams and drive innovation, scale, efficiency, and business value.
Requirements
- BE or MCA degree.
- 12+ years of industry experience.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering green-field engineering projects.
- Experience with AWS Cloud and Java/J2EE application development.
- Experience with streaming and messaging technologies, authentication frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and testing tools such as Karate.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, and Git.
- Strong engineering-practice, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
- AWS Certified Developer Associate or AWS Certified Architect Associate certification is preferred.
- Blockchain, UI, and database technology experience is advantageous.
