Base Salary
$78k - $86k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy secure system solutions involving CPU designs, crypto cores, purpose-built system-on-chip architectures, and hardened operating systems.
- Design, debug, test, and document technical solutions as part of a cross-functional hardware and software engineering team.
- Apply software engineering concepts and development processes in a security-focused environment.
- Learn new information quickly, take on increasing responsibility, and identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Engineering, Science, or Math.
- Relevant coursework or project experience in embedded C/C++, RTOS, digital logic, Verilog/SystemVerilog, FPGA development, or ASIC design flow is preferred.
- Hands-on problem-solving experience through personal, academic, internship, lab, or open-source work is preferred.
- Strong collaboration, communication, willingness to learn, and ability to work with hardware and software engineers.
- U.S. citizenship is required, and applicants must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- A Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire.
