Responsibilities
- Build and maintain SOAR connectors integrating SIEM, EDR, ticketing, and IAM platforms with Falcon Fusion.
- Develop core platform services for connector execution, authentication, orchestration, and workflow capabilities.
- Own connectors end to end, including API research, implementation, deployment, production support, and documentation.
- Implement integrations using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and API keys.
- Build automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for connector quality and reliability across multiple regions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain operational ownership of connectors and platform services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining software systems across the development lifecycle.
- Fluency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
- Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, scalability, availability, and performance optimization.
- Experience developing applications with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience operating large-scale services across multiple components and geographic regions.
- Experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, or business outcomes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Commercial cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, open-source contributions, Golang experience, or cybersecurity platform integration experience are preferred.
