Responsibilities
- Develop production emails using a React-based component library.
- Lead projects to build marketing platforms and tooling.
- Architect full-stack solutions spanning frontend and backend technologies.
- Design reusable abstractions and frameworks for improved developer productivity.
- Build robust APIs and services to support marketing operations.
- Develop responsive HTML/CSS rendering systems with performance optimization.
- Partner with Marketing and Product stakeholders to influence platform roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in React, Ruby, and SQL.
- Proven track record of architecting scalable marketing platforms.
- Deep expertise in modern web technologies including React and Next.js.
- Strong proficiency in backend development using Ruby and databases.
- Experience with HTML email development and cross-client rendering challenges.
- Ability to design for performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor engineers.
