Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate the shared agent harness and backend infrastructure.
- Create reusable capabilities for search, memory, tool execution, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Establish secure execution environments and ensure observability and reliability.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate model progress into practical capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional engineering experience in backend or infrastructure roles.
- Exceptional backend engineering fundamentals with a track record of leading complex systems.
- Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
- Strong systems design and operational judgment across distributed systems and APIs.
- Ability to abstract complex systems into simple, durable primitives.
- Strong developer empathy and communication skills.
