Base Salary
$200k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture for AWS infrastructure and CI/CD to support scalable payment systems.
- Standardize automation and infrastructure-as-code for high-volume ledger platforms.
- Reduce operational overhead through tooling and streamlined workflows.
- Optimize performance and reliability across real-time infrastructure.
- Define service ownership and operational models for scalable rail architecture.
- Contribute to infrastructure and security strategy for new payment rails.
Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong track record of setting technical direction without direct authority.
- Experience building internal platforms that simplify complexity for product teams.
- Proficient in designing and operating distributed systems.
- Strong experience with AWS infrastructure at scale and Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, containerized environments, and observability.
- Experience with application and product security and scaling high-volume systems.
