Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key system features.
- Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility with team members.
- Deliver high-quality software against critical schedules in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Establish architectural principles and select appropriate design patterns.
- Mentor team members on the application of design patterns.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of non-internship experience with the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: at least 3 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
