Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain launch operations software tools.
- Create thorough documentation for HMI operation and use.
- Review and approve source code merge requests.
- Keep project tickets updated regarding work progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and apply feedback to HMI development.
- Lead demonstrations of developed products to stakeholders.
- Deploy software and train users on new products.
- Develop test plans for HMI commissioning.
- Commission HMI with detailed documentation.
- Coach launch operations personnel on HMI use.
- Collaborate with engineers across multiple departments.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Tertiary Diploma, Certificate, or degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience with Python programming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for aerospace and space technology.
- Demonstrated excellence in teamwork and project delivery.
- Understanding of fluid mechanics and control systems engineering is a plus.
- Previous experience in software development or operations is preferred.
- Experience with HMI development is advantageous.
