Base Salary
$120k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the user experience by designing and building dashboards and customer-facing applications.
- Ship end-to-end features from wireframe to production.
- Design a component system in React and Tailwind for rapid iteration.
- Optimize application performance for high traffic scenarios.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to create user-friendly products.
- Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production React applications.
- Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS and modern CSS architecture.
- Mastery of TypeScript and strong fundamentals in JavaScript, DOM, and APIs.
- Experience designing REST/JSON or gRPC backends using Node, Go, or similar.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization design (OIDC, JWT).
- Strong product sense with a focus on UX details and accessibility.
