Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship internal tools that improve the scalability and efficiency of commercial and operational teams.
  • Design and build integrations and CMS adaptations connecting Erinion Connect with strategic customers’ enterprise systems.
  • Own fullstack delivery across architecture, technical design, API development, user interfaces, and production reliability.
  • Ensure systems are observable, secure, tested, deployable, and appropriately scoped for current needs.
  • Contribute to platform architecture and long-term product evolution while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Applied AI, stakeholders, and a technology partner.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of fullstack development experience with end-to-end ownership of features or tools.
  • Experience designing and building cloud-native applications on AWS.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
  • Experience building APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
  • Strong experience with Python and/or Node.js with TypeScript and React.
  • Ability to make sound technical and architectural decisions independently.
  • Experience using AI-assisted coding tools in day-to-day development.
  • Good communication skills for translating unclear stakeholder needs into well-scoped builds.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
