Base Salary

$107k - $128k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide senior technical and operational support to enterprise clients across Windows, Linux, and Kubernetes environments.
  • Perform root-cause analysis, collect diagnostic data, reproduce customer issues, and resolve complex multi-tier defects.
  • Develop utilities, workarounds, and product fixes, then validate changes through automated test suites.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Deploy and manage AWS EKS workloads, including Helm charts, namespaces, autoscaling, and rolling deployments.
  • Administer, patch, harden, and tune Windows Server and Linux infrastructure while supporting Kubernetes migration.
  • Monitor system health and proactively remediate anomalies using CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Support performance analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and release validation.
  • Partner with Product, Development, Implementation, Support, and Product Operations teams during delivery and troubleshooting.
  • Mentor Product Support and Product Operations staff on administration, containerization, automation, and deployment practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years of experience reading and writing relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL.
  • Five years of hands-on experience developing or supporting applications with COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#, or VB.Net.
  • Five years of experience working with EDI and EDI systems, including knowledge of HIPAA and Enrollment Management in healthcare.
  • Five years of experience working with HTML/XML.
  • Five years of experience debugging code and analyzing defects within code.
  • At least two years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
  • Experience in product support or implementation in the healthcare industry.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret data, make decisions, learn technologies quickly, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy.
